AI has certainly up-leveled the game as far as business advice, planning, and strategy assistance.

Like any solution, it has limitations.

1. You provide it a prompt, and it gives you output. Unless you ask it to challenge you, it’s going to give you what you want to hear, not necessarily what’s true.

2. It gives you the strategy but doesn’t necessarily provide the follow-through assistance on how best to implement it or accountability check-ins to help you move the needle.

3. ‍Last, but certainly not least, it’s not human. It can’t read between the lines of intellect and emotion to observe and press into the things you’re not saying.
   
   That’s why former clients have come back. We’ll hit a natural jump off point for them to run with the insights on their own, but when they hit obstacles that they can’t break through, they reach out.

Coaching can be a standalone service or added to any package.

For individual coaching, we have three primary options:

• Monthly Business Coaching: bi-weekly 1:1’s with weekly check-ins.

  • This is primarily for small business owners or entrepreneurs seeking support, accountability, and growth. We’re a mix between a sounding board, cheerleader, friend to help you stay true to your goals, and business strategist when you get stuck. Start by scheduling a quick conversation to discuss your goals. If we mutually feel like it’s a good fit, we’ll send you our coaching questionnaire to better understand where you are, your goals, and how to support you in activating your desired outcome. 

• Transition Coaching

  • If you’re preparing for a big transition in business or life — like selling a company, resigning from leadership, starting a business, etc. — we’d love to be a sounding board and trusted partner through that transition. One of our favorite titles given by a client is a “business therapist.” Though we believe therapy is for working through the past and coaching is planning for the future with intentionality and action. • Emboldened Purpose™ Coaching: an 8-week cohort working through a faith-centered identity and life’s purpose curriculum.

We’re not going to make you jump through unnecessary hoops to succeed. We’re a trusted partner, sounding board, mirror, accountability partner, cheerleader, and encourager to help you accelerate the changes and wins you want to accomplish.

What we look for from you:

• Complete the coaching intake form, which will help us better identify your goals and a course of action. We’ll send that after we mutually discern if we’re the best fit for coaching.

• Bi-weekly 1-hour commitment for a coaching call. (Or weekly if you’re doing our Emboldened Purpose cohort.)

• Monthly financial commitment.

• Willingness to grow and be lovingly challenged.

• Ability to do the work of implementing the strategies and tactics discussed. It’s your business and ultimately, we won’t tell you how to run it (though we may make suggestions), but coaching is ineffective if you don’t implement any changes we discuss through the course of time. We don’t want that, and we don’t want you to waste your investment. A willingness to actively participate is required.

Our individual coaching packages start at $350/mo.

While the expertise we’ve built could land us in a much higher price bracket, Whitney knows the struggles of being an entrepreneur who feels stuck and that each financial commitment feels significant. Our aim is to maintain a practical rate for individuals seeking growth. Our corporate rate is built into our packages.
