Meet Whitney Hooper
Whitney founded the Emboldened Entrepreneur at the end of 2024 after two years of serving businesses in a different capacity through WM Consulting, LLC. She brings almost 15 years of experience identifying constraints, overhauling business operations, and exceeding expectations. Her greatest strength is seeing through chaos to pinpoint root issues, strategize innovative solutions, and bring order through practical solutions.
She brings corporate and non-profit experience, which allows her to understand the unique complexities of each organization.
Whitney streamlined a C-suite franchise recruitment process, increasing results by 20% in just six months. She helped plant a university campus and then ran the entire operation. She has also launched multiple successful organizations and groups.
After working in various industries and realizing that the common issues that plague companies and leaders are the same, she set out to help facilitate strategic conversations to create healthier, people-focused organizations.
